CoachrFit ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a fitness and nutrition coaching software platform operated by Coachr LLC. The Platform provides tools for fitness coaches to manage clients, deliver training and nutrition programs, and for individuals to track their health and fitness goals.
CoachrFit is a software platform only. We are not a gym, medical provider, dietitian, or licensed healthcare organization. We provide technology tools — not professional medical, dietary, or clinical advice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoachrFit. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Individual athletes who use CoachrFit's AI-powered coaching tools independently. Solo users are responsible for all decisions regarding their training and nutrition.
Fitness professionals who use CoachrFit to manage clients, deliver programs, and run their coaching business. Coaches must represent that they hold appropriate credentials, certifications, or professional experience relevant to the services they provide through the Platform.
Individuals who join the Platform through a coach's invite code. Clients acknowledge that their coach, not CoachrFit, is responsible for the programming and guidance they receive.
CoachrFit's AI assistant is a general-purpose fitness and nutrition tool. It does not have access to your medical records, cannot diagnose conditions, and its suggestions are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. You assume full responsibility for your health decisions.
Coaches who use CoachrFit to deliver services to clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
CoachrFit's AI tools may suggest general over-the-counter supplements (such as protein powder, creatine, vitamins, and minerals) as part of general wellness guidance. These suggestions are informational only and do not constitute medical advice.
CoachrFit's AI will not recommend, discuss, or provide guidance on anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS), selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), peptides, controlled substances, or any compound that requires a prescription. Coaches who work with athletes who use such compounds do so entirely under their own professional authority and liability. CoachrFit accepts no responsibility for any supplement-related outcomes.
CoachrFit offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout. All prices are in USD.
Solo subscriptions are billed as described under Billing and do not include a card-required free trial. CoachrFit may offer eligible users temporary promotional access to paid features (for example, a "Share Trial" earned by sharing CoachrFit). Promotional access of this kind does not require a payment method, and no charges result from it. When promotional access ends, paid features become unavailable unless you purchase a subscription; your account and your data remain accessible. Where a trial period is offered on a paid subscription (for example, on certain coach plans), your payment method will be charged at the end of that trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires, and cancellation during that trial period will not result in a charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If a payment fails, we will provide a 3-day grace period before restricting access to your account. You will be notified by email and can update your payment method to restore access.
Coaches who collect payments from clients through CoachrFit's built-in billing tools agree to Stripe's Connected Account Terms in addition to these Terms. CoachrFit charges a 3% platform fee on client payments processed through the Platform, and a 10% platform fee on plan-marketplace sales, in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees. Coaches are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings.
CoachrFit may provide public marketplace features for coach discovery and product recommendations. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, pricing, affiliate links, product claims, and recommendations. Product marketplace links may be affiliate or referral links controlled by the coach or third-party merchant. CoachrFit does not manufacture, sell, or fulfill those third-party products.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the CoachrFit platform are owned by or licensed to Coachr LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
Content you create on the Platform (meal plans, workout programs, client notes) remains your intellectual property. By posting content, you grant CoachrFit a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.
Progress photos uploaded by users are private by default. Users may opt in to allowing their coach to use photos for testimonials or marketing. CoachrFit will never use user photos for our own marketing without explicit written consent.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
Health and fitness data you enter — including weight logs, progress photos, nutrition data, and wellness metrics — is treated as sensitive personal information. We do not sell this data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You agree not to use CoachrFit to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the safety of other users or the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
If a coach's account is terminated or cancelled, their active clients will be notified and given 7 days to transition to a solo plan or find a new coach before their access changes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coachr LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any services you provide to clients through the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Coachr LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CoachrFit regarding the Platform.
