Coachr LLC ("CoachrFit," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CoachrFit fitness and nutrition coaching platform accessible at coachrfit.com. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform — solo athletes, coaches, and coached clients.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your health data with insurance companies, employers, or government agencies unless required by law.
CoachrFit collects health-related information including body weight, sleep, nutrition, workout performance, menstrual cycle data, and wellness metrics. This is sensitive personal information and we treat it with the highest level of care.
Progress photos are stored securely and are private by default. Your coach can view your photos as part of their coaching role. Your photos will never be used in CoachrFit's marketing, advertising, or any public-facing content without your explicit written consent. You can delete your photos at any time from your account settings.
Cycle tracking is entirely opt-in. If you choose to track your cycle, this data is used only to provide phase-aware coaching recommendations. It is visible to your coach (if you have one) to support better training and nutrition planning. This data is never shared with any third party.
AI coaching conversations are retained for 24 hours to allow you to return to an ongoing conversation. After 24 hours, chat history is deleted. Your underlying health data (logs, plans, intake) remains and is used by the AI as context regardless of chat history.
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Platform, under strict data processing agreements:
These providers are permitted to use your data only to provide services to CoachrFit and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
When you join a coach's program, that coach has access to your profile data, daily logs, progress photos, intake form, and AI-generated analytics as part of their coaching role. This is a core feature of the Platform. You consent to this data sharing when you accept a coach's invitation.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CoachrFit, our users, or the public.
If CoachrFit is acquired, merges with another company, or sells its assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email and post a notice on the Platform before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

CoachrFit uses session storage (not persistent cookies) to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising tools. We do not serve ads on the Platform and have no plans to do so.
Basic analytics may be collected to understand how the Platform is used in aggregate (pages visited, features used). This data is anonymized and not tied to individual user identity.
The CoachrFit Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that data promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at owner@coachrfit.com.
CoachrFit is operated in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Contact us to exercise these rights.
